We we will be at the Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre again this year. **NOTE WE OPEN AT 10:30 FOR SENIORS AND FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES (this includes people with strollers, helpers and anyone who has issues shopping comfortably in a large crowd) - WE ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT 11AM.
